Iowa’s largest dollhouse?

June 28th, 2012

An amazing dollhouse that could well be Iowa’s largest has become the latest addition to the collection at the Wilder Memorial Museum.
Oelwein Daily Register reports how the house is there courtesy of Judy Corell, the niece of Blanche Baldridge, who donated the museums’ impressive doll collection.

It is eight feet tall, five feet wide and two feet deep, has five storeys, 17 rooms, 12 two-inch real glass windows and features a traditional brick-style exterior.

For more information and a picture of the house, check the Daily Register’s website.
